Familles vampires
Il y a trois familles vampiriques se partageant le piuvoir sur l'ile de Sétaripe :
- Les Malaki, la famille militante
- Les Sengens, famille aristocrate
- Les Kalastria, les comploteurs

Politique
Les trois famille régnante font un roulement de pouvoir des patriarche tous les 100 ans. Lorsque le patriarche d'une des familles est au pouvoir les deux autres patriarche sont dans la crypte à dormir.
